Extremely generous --really forgiving-- to welcome Capt. Phillips' advise anywhere in the USA. After leaving Sinead and Allison out of the London Olympics (in favor of lesser qualified competitors) his advise should be correspondingly questionable. Thankfully, David O'Connor would undoubtedly be less reckless in the chances he takes for his country.
