This year marked the 5th year that I've driven to Rolex to support Boyd at the event, and although my time there is "work", I realize how fortunate I am to be one of his supporters. I work with several other riders and companies in this industry, but marvel at the well oiled machine known as Windurra USA. There is such a fabulous energy between all of the owners and crew that work for Boyd and Silva. It certainly isn't by accident that he and Silva have created such an enviable team, because they're hard working, talented and fun!!
Although it was a disappointment, Boyd made the correct choice to pull up in view of home. Earlier on course, I was able to capture footage as they easily negotiated the Sunken Road. Clearly Oscar will be back next year with a solid game plan and will be a competitive force for the US contingent.

Caitlin also impressed the world with her riding skills at her Rolex debut! Her transformation from young working student to a true competitive professional is a great reflection on her dedication and talent, as well as Boyd and Silva's training program.

I'm still editing photos from the event, so keep an eye on our FB page for more updates. Can't wait to see what next year's Rolex may bring for Windurra USA!!
awesome!!
