Palm Beach Dressage Derby 2015

Stately at the Awards

What a great weekend at Palm Beach Dressage Derby CDI! The highlight of our show was yesterday when Stately scored 71.9% in his first-ever freestyle and was highest placed American and third overall. Rosa did her best test yet and scored 71.2 % to finish fifth.

Boyd and Silva
I had a big support team there !! Faye Woolf, Boyd, Ann Laver ,Gloria Callen, Melinda Walton and Larry Smith and of course the girls that have the horses look so amazing and keeping my life organized, Jerusha and Jessie. Debbie McDonald helped me in the warm up and Robert Dover was there watching my rides as well. Pretty cool.

In the PSG Stately finished 7th with 70.8% and Rosa finished 13th with 69.2% in a big class with over 50 horses.

In the Intermediare 1 Stately finished in 6tjh place with 69.7% and Rosa finished 18th with 66.2%. Rosa and I had an off day but she was back to her normal self on Sunday. It was so nice that Boyd came this weekend to cheer us on! We all know he is not the best spectator! Since Melinda and Larry came for a surprise visit I rode Benny in 3rd level test 3 on Saturday and of course he was perfect and finished third .
