Riders Visit Lexington Hospital on Behalf of PRO
Canadian Olympian Hawley Bennett, Phillip Dutton, a cowgirl and I headed out to the Lexington Hospital to say hello on behalf of PRO to a bunch of sick kids. I must say it was quite a humbling feeling meeting all of the kids and their parents and seeing what they go through, battling away with health issues. We gave them gifts from PRO and tried to lift their spirits. A number of them were equestrian fans and it was a great feeling seeing a smile. Hopefully we made their day a little brighter...

Thank you for doing that Boyd, our Pony Club pal Kahlan Healy lost her battle with Leukemia one year ago this past week. She spent a lot of time in Boston Children's Hospital and I know a visit from yourself and other eventing champions would have made her day. My girls got to meet you at Fair Hill a year and a half ago with their games team, a memory they will not soon, or ever!!!! forget. Not everyone takes the time out of their lives to brighten others" lives and I applaude you for that on a very busy weekend!! Good Luck!!
